Work With Me
A structured, presence-based advisory experience for those navigating meaningful transition.
If something in your life no longer fits — your work, your pace, your identity, your health — this isn’t a surface adjustment. It’s a recalibration from the inside out. This work is intentional, embodied, and sustained over time. Over time, it becomes a way of living.
Private Presence Advisory
This is for individuals in transition who are ready to:
• Rebuild clarity when internal noise is loud
• Strengthen resilience across mental, emotional, and physical domains
• Develop sustainable daily practices rooted in presence
• Make aligned decisions without abandoning themselves
Our Structure:
• Biweekly 90 minute sessions (Additional sessions available if needed)
• Breath and nervous system regulation practices
• Whole-health integration (mind, body, identity)
• Direct access between sessions for integration support
• Optional lab or assessment guidance, when appropriate (no product sales pressure)
Who Is This For
This work tends to resonate with people who:
• Have built something meaningful but feel misaligned
• Sense their old identity is no longer sustainable
• Are ready to examine patterns, not bypass them
• Value depth over urgency
If you are looking for a fast fix or external validation, this may not be the right container.
This is structured, sustained work.
This is not:
• Crisis intervention
• Motivational coaching
• Quick performance optimization
• A transactional experience
For Organizations & Leadership Teams
I also advise founders, leadership teams, and organizations navigating cultural or structural transition.
This work focuses on:
• Whole-person leadership development
• Burnout prevention and resilience design
• Culture recalibration during change

I work with a limited number of individuals at a time to ensure depth, continuity, and focus.
How We Work
Our Work Is Grounded In:
Presence: Meeting what is actually there.
Integration: Turning insight into embodied practice.
Sustainability: Creating change that endures.
If you’re in the messy middle and ready to move with intention rather than urgency, I invite you to begin a conversation.
